We are Currently Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for compiling and maintaining accounts payable records pertaining to office administration and operation of the Company including general expenses, project expenses and more.
Job Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation from a variety of outlets including mail and email invoices. This includes invoices for general expenses as well as a high volume of job cost and project-related invoices.
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements and research and correct discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Follow-up with subcontractors and vendors regarding outstanding invoices.
- Maintain electronic accounts payable files in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Obtain proper documentation for all new vendors and subcontractors.
- Serve as point of contact for vendor inquiries.
- Work with Finance Director on weekly accounts payable reports and needs.
- Assist with processing accounts payables and mailing payments.
- Assist with other job tasks as needed.
Candidates will need to meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum two years of Accounts Payable or Financial experience
- Must be detailed-oriented
- Must have strong work ethic, be well-organized and a self-starter
- Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
- Construction Experience is Helpful

Heavy Equipment Operator
Looking for a heavy equipment operator with the ability to operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, bulldozers, etc.
Must have experience working in the street with heavy utilities, i.e., water, sewer, drainage.
Hydraulics license required.
